Hello all!
We are using a new website for the convenience for when we are in Kaz. Most families are using this site, so I wanted to make it easier on myself in a third world country!!! :)
Well, there is good news! We have officially switched cities in Kaz. What this means is that the last city, Astana, had no young children available. Our agency was just told this on Thursday. So, together with our agency, they are moving our file to Kara-Kastek, which is in South Kaz. There are more young girls available there.
"Lean not on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him and HE WILL DIRECT YOUR PATHS!" This is yet another way HE is directing our paths towards OUR daughter!!!! Our daughter is not in Astana- she is somewhere else- maybe in Karakastek...... We will see.
The timing- to switch cities our paperwork will need to go through two steps and each step takes up to 10 business days for a total of 20-30 business days. These two steps include getting the LOI. Soooo, that could put us in Kaz by the beginning of November! Woo Hoo!
Please be in prayer with us. It will be difficult to leave the boys for 4 weeks AND difficult to leave our daughter for 4 weeks after meeting and spending time with her. I am really comforted by our Great Comforter already in this matter, but we can always use more prayers! :)
I can't even begin to express how excited I am to meet, hug, kiss our daughter. I am starting to get butterflies in my stomach and I had a dream that she was a giggly, smiley baby!
Its getting ever so close........

We are happy to hear you are getting closer to getting your daughter. We know what you are going through, and know how stressful it can be, especially leaving your boys. That was the worst part for us. But here we are now, 3 months later, and all that time of waiting and wondering is just a memory. Tatyana is here and it feels like she has always been with us.
Take care and keep udating us.

Greta,
I am so happy that you have some answers now and can start to somewhat plan for the arrival of your daughter. You will have a great time in Almaty.
