This week, the 3rd family has their court hearing. Please be in prayer that they can go in peace and have the strength they need. Its going to be a hard week for them. Their hopes aren't too high at this point, given the news the other two families had a couple of weeks ago.
It is very hard to understand WHY these judges are trying to prevent these precious, innocent children from being with their families. And they don't understand that we are already bonded to our children. We have spent time with them, loved them, kissed them, fed them, talked about them, etc... They are OUR children. Not the government. Not anyone else. They are ours. And to strip them from us in this way is.... pure evil.
However, there are things that happen that we may never understand. But, i do know that without the peace, strength, joy, and contentment I have in Christ, I wouldn't be able to do this.
Please say a prayer for all four of us.

We will be keeping all of you in our prayers, especially this family as they head into their court hearing this week.
Lots of love and prayers,
The Heckert family
We will be praying for this family presently going to court and for your upcoming court date as well. Still praying for a miracle. Hold on to Jesus as hard as you can sister.

Greta,
Yes - I will pray for this other family, too. And, of course I'm going to keep lifting YOU up!
May the peace and strength and joy and contentment you have in Christ lift you up and carry you through this valley.
Love you, friend,
Karen
It is very hard to understand and it breaks my heart. I can't fathom why the court would want these children to stay in the orphanage. I will be in prayer for this family, the two that lost their case, and of course, yours. I do have faith that God will reveal his plan soon!
I know that this is such a hard time on all of you guys. We are praying that God triumphs.
How heartbreaking for the 2 families... I will be in prayer for you and this next family that has their court date this week. How especially heart wrenching for the children in the orphanage... their sweet young minds and tender hearts have seen love and sincere care from families who desire to claim them and love them forever! Greta, I am so encouraged by your strength and patience as you wait on the Lord... He is your strength and your shield, thank you for your honesty and boldness of clinging to Him who holds you up through it all.
Greta your last paragraph says it all. Bless you.
