Wow....

Wow...I LOVED your comments on the last post about "traditions for Thanksgiving".....Thanks for playing along!

News for today is no shocker! The judge said he "couldn't make a decision still", so he adjourned the court hearing AGAIN until this Monday at 11am.

I have contacted the Embassy again to see if they will make contact with him again.  In the meantime, I am drafting up a letter that will be sent to MANY high offices in Kaz. Maybe this can get something done for all of the families in our situation.  We will see....

Oh, Greta, I cannot imagine how frustrating this has got to be for you!
I am working on a talk right now that I will be giving at an Advent Breakfast on Dec. 6. The theme of the morning is Rejoicing in God's Timing and I will be talking about trusting God and rejoicing in His timing, even when it doesn't make sense.
I know we can trust Him. I know His timing is perfect. But this waiting pattern, uh, stinks!
My dear friend, please know that you remain in my prayers. I cannot wait to celebrate with you when we see Him bring this to it's perfect end.
Loving Jesus,
Karen

I was hoping for a Thanksgiving blessing to be bestowed on your family with a "yes" answer. I will never understand why it is so hard to make a decision, any decision so you know exactly where you stand. However, the hope remains and you will continue to receive many thoughts and prayers from Ohio.

Greta, I am continuing to pray for unrest, much like pharaoh with Sarah, for that judge until he gives you a favorable decision! I also pray that God will use you and your letter to not only help your situation and Selah, but many other families as well! We love you.

We just returned from our first trip to adopt our 23 mo old daughter. I can't imagine losing her at this stage. I am suffering from jet lag and don't have much energy but I can and I will pray for your family.
